Step One--Email Sendouts
Start with rented list of targeted local residences with deep demographics.
This is how you start building your own loyal list for messaging.
Make some sort of value offer for each sendout.
Design two dual use cards with your logo that can be used as both a JPEG inclusion in your
email and a high resolution postcard and takeaway. Included: photography and/or videography
onsite.
Then we send out a completely different set of tools with different graphics, copy and value appeal.
All this takes about a week to set up and send out.
Step Two--Second Sendout
Then after 2 or 3 weeks, see what worked best.
Step Three--Combine the elements that work best and send that out in one send out.
But how can you tell what worked best? Your mailing targets and responses will give you the
data to tell all that. And once you know that, you can continue to lay out your send outs at
any level and on any schedule you wish.
This process is ongoing even if your sendouts are far and in between, depending on the sendout
response rate. Its always your choice.

As far as those email rental costs? I would say $300 for first month and second month each.
