A woman was pulled over in Ohio. The officer found a pet raccoon, "Chewy," sucking on a crack pipe. The woman was arrested for various drug offenses. It is unclear what the authorities did with the raccoon or if the woman had proper paperwork for ownership of the animal. Full story here.
